Jenny Dewberry is the visionary CEO and Founder of PeoplePower Consultancy®. She is an Elite Certified Image Consultant, a proud member of the Association of Image Consultants International (AICI), and a beacon of empowerment and inspiration to many women.
With over 20 years of experience working alongside women in leadership as a beauty professional, Jenny observed a common and powerful barrier: even the most capable women often carry limiting beliefs and self-perceptions that undermine their confidence, diminish their presence, and hinder their career advancement.
Driven by this insight, Jenny founded PeoplePower Consultancy® to help women worldwide embrace their power and authenticity through impression management and personal branding.
Her approach starts with a mindset reset—identifying and releasing limiting beliefs that shape negative self-perceptions.
